This month's sponsor of Hampton Roads Business OutReach's ("HRBOR") monthly business networking is the LGBT Center located in Norfolk, Virginia. This facility came into being through the efforts of ACCESS Aids Care and grants from the Elton John Foundation and provides much needed services to the Hampton Roads LGBT community, including individual and family counseling, community meeting space, resource center, adult and youth Services, social and educational events, and free HIV testing.
