The disingenuousness - OK, the outright lies - of Peter LaBabera truly know no limits. If there are two individuals who would not know the truth if it slapped them repeatedly in the head, it's Peter LaBarbera and fellow loon Robert Knight. Both men have bounced from one lunatic Christian Right organization to another, always making a living off of the teet of gay bashing and fleecing the ignorant and religiously brainwashed who continue to fall for the myth that sexuality is a choice and something that can be "changed." I have had e-mail exchanges with both over the years and when caught in outright lies they feign ignorance, state that they will never make the untrue statement again, and then in the next breath start disseminating the same lie via a different forum (I have the e-mails to document this fact). Indeed, from my personal interaction with them, both are far to hysterical about gays and gay sex and - in my opinion - are in the same camp as George Rekers.*
In any event, now these two truth challenged individuals are advertising a "Truth Academy" via Americans for Truth About Homosexuality ("AFTAH"), La Barbera's latest scam organization. The "Truth Academy" alleges that it will "train youth on hw to fight the ‘Gay Agenda." Here some of the lunacy found on the AFTAH's web site about this fraudulent endeavor:

I hope that not too many people are duped into attending or sponsoring this scam operation. Obviously, the only beneficiaries of this "Truth Academy" will be LaBarbera, Knight and others making a buck off of the ignorant and uninformed.
