One has to wonder how Republican learn to talk out of both sides of their mouths with a straight face. The ongoing debate over government involvement in health care and health care insurance is a case in point. The GOP wants government to have a hands off approach - except for when they're inserting an ultrasound into a women's uterus or trying to block the availability of contraception.
