As regular readers likely noticed, I posted little on Wednesday and nothing yesterday. Be assured, all is well. The husband and I are on Anna Marie Island in Florida visiting friends who moved down here right as the pandemic started. They have been after us to visit and we came down yesterday after getting up at 3:00 am to catch our flight out of Norfolk. Once we arrived, we were given a tour of the island and pretty much had cocktails and dinner the rest of the day. I captured the sunrise photo above this morning and we will likely go to the beach on the Gulf of Mexico (two blocks away) later this morning. While here, we will visit some of the local restaurants and the Ringling mansion.
Given our schedule, posting frequency may ba reduced. On the home front, a friend is staying at the house to watch over things and water the numerous potted plats in the yard.
