There are 20,000 more h...Do I read this correctly? There are 20,000 more homes currently on the market than there were in 2003. Do these stats represent the exact same geography, or is the 5 digit number from a larger chunk of Virginia?<BR/>I have a cousin in Hampton Roads who sold her house earlier this year. She had a big fancy place in Chesapeake, 4 or more bedrooms, and it was only her and her 4 year old daughter living there. Her husband, the bum, left her for another woman a couple of years ago. Anyway, she was able to sell it, and bought a much smaller home in Virginia Beach. I haven't been to see her since she moved, so I haven't seen the new place.
